Recipe: Tomatoe and Basil Salad

This delicious salad recipe comes from our monthly MOMS Club recipe exchange.  We take turns hosting each month and everyone brings a themed recipe and sample to share.  This salad is so fresh and flavourful with a mix of tomatoes, olives, mozzerella, red wine vinegar and more - yum!

TOMATOE BASIL SALAD

1 8oz. mozza ball
2 tomatoes diced
1/2 cup black olives
1-2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar (or more)
1 Tablespoon olive oil (or more)
salt
pepper
1/4 cup dry basil (1/2 cup fresh basil)

Enjoy!
